Derby

Perfectly located in the centre of England, Derby has great transport links to most major cities. Whatever you’re into you’ll find something for you in or around the city, from great bars, cafés and restaurants where you can relax with friends, to cinemas, theatres and museums to indulge your cultural side. If shopping is more your thing, there’s a modern shopping centre with all the latest high street names, plus the historic Cathedral Quarter with independent retailers and specialist stores. Chesterfield

Our Chesterfield site is a Centre of Excellence for Health and Social Care, with our nursing courses ranked 14th in the Guardian Good University Guide 2020. Chesterfield balances the intimacy of a market town with a city centre vibrancy and boasts two shopping centres, a great choice of bars and restaurants and one of the largest open air markets in the area.

Buxton

The magnificent Devonshire Dome is home to Buxton and Leek College. Located on the edge of the Peak District, Buxton has a good selection of boutique shops, restaurants, bars and cafes as well as the famous Buxton Opera House. It is also within easy reach of Manchester, with regular train services to the city centre.

Leek

Leek is a vibrant and thriving market town in the Staffordshire Moorlands, on the edge of the Peak District, offering opportunities to relax and shop at a range of local shops, bars and bistros.  The College has historical links to the area, and particularly Leek School of Art which has links back to William Morris.
