The University cannot be held liable for delays to applications resulting from failures of the system outside its direct control.
Data Protection
The information that you supply on this application form will be held and processed in line with the UK GDPR / Data Protection Act 2018 / EU GDPR.
Information will be used by the University of Derby (as Data Controller) to assess your suitability for the role that you have applied for and to inform you of the outcome of your application. We will also use your information for statutory reporting purposes. We retain this data for six months, after such time it will be securely destroyed.
It will be shared externally with Stonefish Software Limited, the supplier of our e-recruitment software.
Our lawful basis for collecting this information is consent.
